The Story of the Modern-Day Mormon Miracle

One day, Maggie and her niece Alyssa went out on an ice cream date to cold-stone. They were jamming out to Maggie's iPod in the car. Well, when they got back into the car, the iPod accidentally fell into a cup of water that was in the console. Maggie was very sad. But she turned on the iPod and everything seemed to be working fine.

It wasn't until a couple of days later that Maggie realized her iPod wouldn't turn on. When she would plug it into the computer, it would flash the Apple Logo, but it would never turn on completely. She waited all week to see if it jsut needed a little bit more time, but nothing seemed to work and she could never get it to turn back on the way it had once been.

Finally at the end of the week, Maggie realized she needed to take it to get looked at. So she drove to the apple store and told them that she thought the iPod was broken. The boy who was working there looked at it for a few seconds and then told her that she would have to come back again because he didn'tk now how to fix it. Once again, Maggie was very sad. She was sure that she was going to have to pay to get it fixed.

Trying to stay optimistic, Maggie returned to the Apple store the next day and told another guy the whole story. He plugged it in and it immediately started working. She thought it was all fixed and then when they unplugged it, it turned off. The gentlement figured that the battery was not holding its charge. He sort of disappeared after that, but then came back with a white box. He told another boy that they could replace Maggie's iPod for free as long as she promisted to buy a case to keep it from getting hurt again.

This made Maggie very happy. She was able to get a brand-new iPod without any scratches and one that worked just perfectly. Needless to say, she bought a case for the iPod and has been happily listening ever since.

And thus the story of the Modern-Day Mormon Miracle.
